Sierra chart does not open. Initialization error:Error creating the alert manager object.If you need more help,contact Sierra Chart Support for assistance Do you know where is the error? |

Go to the folder Sierra Chart is installed to and rename the SCAlerts.JSON file to SCAlerts.JSON.backup and attach the file here so we can test it. After this try starting Sierra Chart again.
