I have the following *.cvs file format:

2015/02/03,20:49:28,53.050000,53.050000,53.050000,53.050000,1
2015/02/03,20:49:28,53.050000,53.050000,53.050000,53.050000,1
2015/02/03,20:49:29,53.050000,53.050000,53.050000,53.050000,1
2015/02/03,20:49:29,53.050000,53.050000,53.050000,53.050000,1
2015/02/03,20:49:29,53.050000,53.050000,53.050000,53.050000,1
2015/02/03,20:49:31,53.040000,53.040000,53.040000,53.040000,1
...

And when I import it by "Edit/Import and load intraday data" it loads it and then I can see the following chart on my screen (see attached file).

Now when I try to switch lower time frames for example typing in "10T" the chart does not update.

Any idea what could be wrong ?

I am using Service Package 5 and other tick charts (not imported by me) shows tick charts without any problem.

Normlly when I enter a new bar size for the chart (for example typing that "10T") then after pressing ENTER the chart is immediately converted (updated) to show 10 tick bars.

Now nothing happens. The chart keeps it in 1 minute bars (the attached file) no matter what tick setting I type in.

We have added this note:
When importing Intraday data, it is necessary for there to be the Number of Trades field to be able to set the chart bars to be based on a number of trades, unless the text data specifies the Date, Time, Price, Volume fields only. Volume in this case is optional and Date and Time can be as a UNIX time value.
