I ve tried several, all from the Sierra Chart menu. The index does not update.

Please suggest which symbol I need to use.

I am subscribed to SC real time data etc. I should be fine with the data subscriptions.

Thank you,

Dem

This symbol is $INX but you need to activate the S&P Indices exchange for your account.

Or you can use the IB index symbol which begins with SPX-. You can find it in File >> Find Symbol >> IB Indexes.

Could you please explain how I would activate the SP Indices Exchange on my account? When I go to the Services Data page I am subscribed to everything you offer.

Thanks

Thank you. Enabled indices but now:
$INX chart does not update. I need to delete and redownload data each time to see the relationship with the futures.
Also Premiums, which I was trying to use instead does not load at all. Is that another subscription?

Restart Sierra Chart, open a chart for $INX only and then post a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:

What specific premium symbol do you want to use?

$INX is updating now. It's the only symbol in the platform.
Will attempt to open chart inside chartbook.

I was attempting to open the premium chart of ESH15-$INX. This premium does not load.

Here's the section of Log for that operation:

$INX works fine now.
ESH15-$INX does not load. However this is a secondary issue and I'm happy like this if you are busy.

Thank you,

Dem

We know what the problem is with ESH15-$INX. It will be resolved by the end of the day tomorrow.

It will be necessary to download the latest prerelease at that time.
