parallel rays not so parallel

See attached image to reference my question. The parallel rays tool will at different times become convergent or divergent and not show as parallel on screen. Conditions that improve or degrade this are when the price scale on right of screen is clicked and dragged up/down to change scale of the candles. At various positions the rays loose the consistency and become unreliable. Is there a fix for this or do you need more info? I have different tool configs with the difference between them being color only and both perform the same in comparison with each other. I would be happy to relay additional information as needed. I did update or verify the current update on the following systems to eliminate them as the possible conflict:video driver, green charts version, other operating system updates as recommended by Dell for my specific computer.
