Hi, I configured some shortcuts on my remote controller - this one for example - http://www.geek.com/xyzimages/stories/reviewimages/logitech_s510/s510_001.jpg What I noticed is that the remote controller isn't applicable on Sierra Charts - for example if I press the maximize/minimize option on my controller it won't change anything on sierra but it will on other apps Is it blocked by default, do I need to enable this feature on sierra so that it will allow the remote to be active? Thank you |

Thank you, my question is not for the controller configuration, I'd just like to know whether there is something that disables the "external" devices/controller that I need to enable

No. Nothing like that.
