Is there a tool in SC which enables you to measure pips from one level to another on a bar chart as you can in MT4?

Try using the Chart Calculator. http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_Tools.html#ChartCalculator |

I am also looking into this. I understand you can have it set to PD in the config which for example gives 4 pips as 0.00040. Is there a way to customize this so it is simply displayed as 4?

Turn on the label for Tick Difference. Refer to the documentation here: Chart Drawing Tools: Chart Calculator Configuration
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks for the reply John, however, a tick is not the same as a pip? I will try and add a quick screen-shot of the my problem. As you can see it is 50 ticks, PD of 0.00250 / 25 pips. Possible to get this displayed just as a 25? http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1539986198215.png |
