Cumulative Delta Bars

I use the cumulative delta bars volume and trades in my chart studies. For some time now both studies open with a 10 minute range of no volume or trades. It does not matter what time i open my charts when the cumulative delta studies come up the study plots no volume from the previous 10 minutes. If i open my charts at 8:00am then the cumulative study from 7:50 to 8:00am will plot no volume. This happens on all my charts and the instruments i trade the ES,NQ,YM. I have attached a copy of my chart to show you.

To solve this problem you need to use the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed:

Otherwise you will have this limitation when using Rithmic.

I have already paid for the additional services with a balance of $68.25. I have been using this service. When i go to the Data Trade Services tab i notice that it is set for Rithmic. I did not make this change but when i re-select the Sierra Chart data feed it does not connect. What do i do now?

You need to activate this on your account since it was deactivated previously:
2014-11-01 00:02:06 Market Data Account: Barchart Account has been flagged for deletion at end of current billing period on Barchart system. Reason for delete: Insufficient Balance.| Barchart result: OK
