Hi there, I am on Service Package 3 and can not figure out how to get historical data into my charts [with FXCM] I have changed the 'Use Date Range' in Chart Settings to go back 5 years for Daily candles for USOil, it does go back but only to June 2014. Can you please assist? Rgds, Mark |

With certain FXCM CFD symbols, there is limited historical daily data available for them. For US Oil we recommend using CL# for a historical Daily chart to get the equivalent futures data. ..thx for your response, sorry I'm a bit confused; where do I get CL [Oil Futures] data from? I have looked in 'Find Symbol' not there, 'New/Open Historical Chart' only shows 4 FX symbols. Is it a paid service from FXCM? Rgds, Mark |

You need to manually type the symbol into File >> Find Symbol >> Selected Symbol and press Open Historical Chart.
