Extreme computer slow-down after updating from 945 to 976

after about 30 minutes - 1 hour of using the charts the pc starts to gradually slow down until it isn't usable any more. this only happened since the update. Now i need to kill the program and start it again in order to keep trading for another 1 hour or so etc. Once the program restarts everything working great for about 1 hour. I double checked everything and sierra charts seems to be the only one causing the problem. Any ideas? |

so I checked all the topics in the page and non seem to apply... the memory working set is hovering around 82,000K and GDI is 510 and stable. I never had any slow-downs problems with sierra and it has been a very long time since I changed one of my charts (or added one)... considering this only started happening since the update.. well, I guess my options is hoping this will be fixed or revert to an earlier ver..or just keep restarting the program every hour.. unless you have any other ideas? thank you |

It would seem unlikely that this issue is within Sierra Chart itself. We do not observe this or have other reports. Are you running any custom studies? or are you using Sierra Chart built-in studies. Are you running any kind of antivirus are anti-malware software?
