OEC data feed issue

hi there:

When I was travelling abroad in Dec 2014, I brought my travelling notebook and have renewed my Sierra Chart platform on it and I was using it with OEC data feed without any issue.

Just now I have returned back to US to my original PC at home and it seems like I was able to link to OEC (I can see the green lights on DF:XX and ST:XX on the top right corner) but found there is no data movement and my bid and ask columns appear blank on SC.

can you advise what I can do to get this fixed?

Most likely this problem is your OEC account needs to be authorized for the CME markets. Refer to help topic 1.3 here:

Contact Open E Cry. And give them your OEC username and make sure your account is authorized for the CME markets.
