I am sorry, You do not need to refund me. I am willing to pay for the time. How much time was put in? You stated previously we had an hour session. I have never gotten more than 15 -20 minutes in any of these sessions. If I had gotten an hour in any of these sessions all my questions would have been answered. Please bill me for the time. I need to know when the clock start running and when it stop on these sessions. When you are satisfied about any product or service the cost becomes secondary.
