I use IB data onto SC charts. On december 12th all my etfs stopped filling. All the etfs with endings -S-ARCA are not filling anymore eg. VXX-S-ARCA, TLT-S-ARCA and many more. I guess there has been a symbol labelling change but I cant find the new labelling. Please help, ty. |

Find out from Interactive Brokers what the symbols specifications are and assemble the proper symbol using the Sierra Chart IB symbol formats documented here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/IBSymbols.html#Stock Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Im stupid sry, still not working. If we use an example of vxx. The IB site says it is vxx@arca. vxx-s-arca used to work fine for years as the sc symbol. But now it doesnt, as of 12th december. I tried vxx-stk-arca, but that doesnt seem to fill either. If an engineer could look quickly into this vxx example and tell me what the SC label is, then I could solve all my other Arca etfs that are not filling. |

For us to get a better understanding of this. Restart Sierra Chart and open a chart for one of the stock symbols that does not work and post a copy of the Message Log.
