With version 976 not connecting to TransAct

Hi.Last saturday I updated from 969 to 976. Today in the morning I tried to connect to my data feed TransAct and I get this message. "This is the first time you are accessing this account from This machine". I am using the same computer, there is no switch. I have tried many times but the issue is the same. After that I wanted to download the prerelease version 977, but I can not get it. |
