Hi SC team, there are missing today's intraday data on CQG AMP feed for symbols QO, QP, ETQO. May you help with that? Thanks.

We are looking into this now. It has to do with very faulty timestamp data from CQG. We do not know why CQG is regarded as a good data feed with such a problem like this. In regards to QP make sure you are on the latest version of Sierra Chart to receive historical data. We cannot maintain data for ETQO any longer. The data for QO has been cleaned. Re-download the data in the chart.

I've just updated to 1217 and performed full Re-Download of data for QOG15. But without any success. Please see screenshot and log. In regards to CQG feed (which called Continuum for non-CQG front-ends), it's simply has no alternatives. Rithmic doesn't offer ICE EU for retail, IB's data inaccurate. |

Well, after few attempts of re-downloading data and deleting the scid file (finally), it seems showing correct date and time (instead of Aug 27) and looks okay. Thanks.

Data for QO needed to be cleaned up on more than one server and that is now done. This is the reason why you had to do multiple downloads to get the complete and correct data. We apologize for this.
