today I paid for Sierra chart prior I was running a free version(software V976)... Only my first bar footprint after paying and restarting is showing volume numbers all prior is showing zero's ???

what do I need to change so prior history volume will plot in footprints looking left on my screen

Hi,

i have a similar problem. I am using the Numbers Bars Study and the trial Version of serria chart.

my Charts on ES, DAX etc are also showing zeros. The AUDCHF chart is display correctly. If I use only Volume it does work. If I switch die Bid Vol x Ask Vol I get the zeros

It has to do with the historical data from the service being used.

Hi,

I red that topic, biut I still get it not to work. I tried it wirth the SC Historical Intraday Futures Data and the SC Historical data feed. I also loaded new with "Edit Downlaod Data" but I still see the zeros

Use the service named "SC Historical Intraday Futures Data".

After switching to that service you need to re-download the data for the symbol with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

Hi,

I tried the "SC Historical Intraday Futures Data" data feed. After I performed the "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" I just see a black window in the Chart.

Currently no data in file to display. Will start historical data download and real-time updates. File: C:\SierraChart\Data\ES#.scid | 2013-10-24 15:38:17
