On the daily chart - immediately after the close another candle appears - seems to match today's candle, but is for the next day. Example: At the close today, the candle for 12/3/14 has another candle exactly the same with the date 12/4/14 - next day's date. Also, the closing number seems to vary from two other programs that I am using and volume seems to be off as well. Just trying to understand why there is an additional candle with tomorrow's date. Thanks for the help - always appreciated |

http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1417741452174.png On this chart, the last candle is for Dec 5 which is tomorrow. It has the same info as today - Dec 4. Not sure what is happening, but it would be nice at the end of the day, if there was not yet a candle for tomorrow. |

This is inherently hard for us to solve due to the data from TD Ameritrade. What do you have Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> TimeZone set to? Make sure you have it set to a US TimeZone. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
