Sierra Chart Settings and Data From Existing Installation to New computer

I did everything according to the instructions from the topic. I switch from one computer that has XP on another computer that has win7,, I moved all the DATA folder and everything else. markers on my new comp. all Chartbook but not opening ... and also study cllct'm not registering on the new computer. whether the problem may transfer from xp to windows 7, may have different data? thank you |

all I switched to a new comp. except scid file. Chartbook not one of them is going to otvori..a displays them on the platform .. most of the chart that I put on the new does not work well,, this as dax ... error DOM and chart freezes |

What exactly do you mean by "chart freezes"? Is the user interface frozen or does a chart not update? What is the "error DOM"? In this kind of circumstance, we recommend that you start with a new installation Sierra Chart and do not copy over any files from an existing installation.
