Hello, I've recently learned about the linking feature. I've assigned 4 charts link #1 and clicked Link Symbol on each. When I change the symbol on any chart the other 3 charts also change to that symbol and it keeps the assigned period for each chart. That is, chart 1 remains on 1-hour bars, chart 2 remains on the 30 minute bars, chart 3 remains on a volume period, and chart four still shows 4-hour bars. Excellent, very nice! However, two of the charts have different session times and when changing the currency symbol from one to another the session time does not remain on the assigned chart. Is it possible to change all the charts from one symbol to another through Linking but keeping the assigned session start and end times for each? Also, when I make notes on any of the charts for a symbol and then change to another and come back to the symbol the notes and mark up remain. For example, placing a horizontal line on USDCAD also appears on EURUSD and GBPUSD. Is it possible to have the mark up done with the charting tools only show up for the chart symbol it is done for? And, how do I keep the price scaling assigned for each symbol. For example, I use differing scaling increments for JPY, EUR, and USD. Thanks, Nazaar Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-11-21 00:38:04

In regards to Session Times refer to this section here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#SettingIntradaySessionTimes To prevent chart drawings from displaying for any symbol, you need to uncheck Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2 >>Show Chart Drawings for Different Symbols There is no solution to the last question.
