CTS T4 symbol loading errors...

Hi Sierra Support,

I seem to have a recurring issue when opening up my Sierra platform and reading the error message on both the ES and NQ futures contract indicating `SYMBOL UNKNOWN`. This has been happening for a few weeks now, and I feel some of the data showing on the charts is incorrect.

If I disconnect the data feed temporarily and then re-establish connection, the data does forgo the previous UNKNOWN SYMBOL message but still is there any way to find out why during the initial loading of the CTS T4 platform and opening of the charts that the ES and NQ contracts are not being recognized on Sierra`s side.

This is very unusual. We do not see anything wrong with those particular symbols.

i have same issues if price display format isn't set to 1 and tick size to 25.

Dear Sierra engineering,

With response to your previous question I am not connecting to a live trading account but a simualation account. I don`t believe there is a difference but you might know better.

What we need you to do is to contact Cunningham Trading Systems. Here is their contact information:

They will need to look at the log files. The log files will be found in C:\Sierra Chart\Trace\T4Logs\
