I have read "Using multiple services or multiple trading accounts at the same time" and am still not sure if trade orders are (or can be) synchronized with all of the multiple accounts, like IB's Financial Advisor Account. Say I have 5 copies of SC running, each copy with a different trading account, and I want to buy Crude in all 5 accts, can I get that done with just 1 order, or do I have to enter the buy order 5 times?

You will need 5 orders. Sierra Chart does not support any kind of synchronization like this. This kind of functionality would have to be provided with a particular Trading service you use and then you can connect to the particular trading account you have with that service to place the order.
