Did this start happening after you updated Sierra Chart? If so, do you remember what version you were previously running? I had a Hard drive failure and had to reinstall windows and sierra charts. I had No Backup of my hard drive. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-10-07 21:35:07

So if you had no backup of Sierra Chart, then what Chartbook were you opening? Was it a Chartbook provided by the standard installation of Sierra Chart? The issue is resolved, I went back to version 1187 and now the charts from Rockwell and others are now loading. I did have a few copies of Chartbooks on another drive. Going back to version 1187 did the Trick

I upgraded to the newest version 1199 and all is well with all Charts. So whatever happen in version 1187 corrected the problem.
