Hi,
I found some data was missed of TPO chart of GBPJPY.

Please see the chart.

But his did not happen in other Yen-crosses.

Could you please tell me how to repair it?

Hi,

Thank you very much for your reply.

I tried many times according to the method mentioned in the page but still failed.

If you have time, could you please try it yourself to see whether this is also missed in the server?

By the way, Could I directly delete "GBPJPY.scid & GBPJPY.dly" in the data fold and try to re-download the intraday data?

There is only a need to post one chart image and it is best to post an image of a chart that contains no studies.

Please check the chart.

It could be displayed correct without any studies, but do miss some data in TPO chart.

Make sure both of the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download settings are set to at least 186.

After this go to the chart and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
