Supported Data and Trading Services

Introduction

Sierra Chart supports the Data and Trading services listed below on this page. Some services are provided by Sierra Chart and are included with the available Service Packages. Some services are an extra cost. Some Services are separate external services which require separate payment to an external entity or require a Trading account.
Sierra Chart supports services that provide only market data and services that provide both data and trading connectivity. The data only services are noted as Data services. Data and trading services are noted as Trading services.

The links in the list below are to the service specific pages that explain each of the supported Data and Trading services. Each page includes set up instructions for that service.
Every service has different amounts of historical data, different types of available data, different accuracy to their data, and different accessibility to their data. Sierra Chart itself is very well engineered software, however, your charts can only be as good as the Data or Trading service you are using. Any delays or missing data related to an external service are going to be due to the service you are using or to Internet connectivity. We support many excellent and reliable services including our own Sierra Chart provided services.
The external services below are separate entities with their own support to assist you with connectivity problems. Our ability to help with connectivity to those services is limited. We will, however, always do our best to help you.

Supported Services

Sierra Chart supports the following services.

Sierra Chart Denali Exchange Data Feed	Denali Exchange Data Feed Provides real-time data, historical data, full market depth data, and market by order data for the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX, EUREX, CFE, NASDAQ, NYSE, and AMEX exchanges, along with data for the CBOE Indices. Exchange fees are an extra cost.
Sierra Chart Delayed Exchange Data Feed	Delayed Exchange Data Feed Streaming delayed and historical data with full market depth for the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX, EUREX, and CFE futures, options, and spreads, along with data for the NASDAQ, NYSE, and AMEX exchanges.
Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing	Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Order routing service for the CME Group through supported brokers and clearing firms. The Denali Exchange Data Feed is required for real-time data.
Sierra Chart Simulated Trading Service	Simulated Trading Service Provides server-based Simulated Trading Service for futures, Forex and crypto currencies. Trading activity is maintained for the generation of trading results, history, and statistics. Can be used with either real-time or delayed streaming data.
Sierra Chart Market Statistics	Sierra Chart Market Statistics Various statistics for U.S. stock markets.
Sierra Chart Historical Daily and Historical Intraday Data Service	Sierra Chart Historical Data Provides historical daily and historical intraday data for multiple exchanges.
Sierra Chart Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service	Sierra Chart Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service Historical and real-time data for FOREX and CFDs.
Sierra Chart Cryptocurrency Data Services	Cryptocurrency Data Services Data for some crypto currency exchanges.
	Open Specification Data and Trading Communication Protocol Open specification for data and trading from and to Sierra Chart.
	Interactive Brokers Trading Service External brokerage offering trading and data service.
	CQG Trading Service External trading and data service.
	Rithmic Trading Service External trading and data service.
	Global Data Feeds India External Data service.
	LMAX Trading Service External Trading service.
