Hello,
I've been receiving this message(Unknow Request) since this morning and it's always the same.
I've downloaded the update but nothing works.
How can I fix this problem?
It doesn't seem to be a Rithmic problem as it works.

You are setup to get your data from Rithmic and they are having an issue with their data today.
