Charts freezing upon load

My chartbooks load, and load all historical data, and then everything stops. The platform is still working, but the data is not coming through on the charts, its' just static. This is the first time I have ever seen anything like this. I have reloaded it several times with no improvement. |

From what we see of your account, you are connecting to Rithmic for both trading and data. In general, we can not help with Rithmic data. But, follow these instructions to get us your Message Log and we will see if there is a specific message that may explain your issue: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
