Hi I have the same issue, SC data - CME bundle is delayed (Nymex, CBOT, COMEXT, CME). Eurex is fine with real time data coming through. thanks.

User471869: You do not have any exchanges active in order to get real-time data from us. In order to get real-time data for the CME Group, you first need to understand that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the data at the non-professional rates. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. EurexTrader: Your CME Group data is delayed because you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account within the past 30 days. As such, your "Verified Until" date is now expired (in the past), as it is showing as "2024-11-16". You can view this date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Once you connect to your live account, your "Verified Until" date will update to 30 days in the future and you will then be getting the real-time data again.
