unable to remove all studies from convergent: program freezes

goodmorning, I didnt use the program for a few months, i had studies from convergent trading stalkzones and masterlevels installed on some of the charts, i tried to remove them , but everytime i restart i keep getting the message ctl userfailed user or key is not valid. It seems that i was unable to remove them. the program also keeps on freezing, thank you for' your help |

We need to see the exact message that you are getting. Please select the lines in your Message Log, select "Edit >> Copy Selection" and then paste that into this thread for us to see what exactly it is stating. With regards to freezing, what exactly is occurring? Is the system completely unresponsive, or are you just not getting any data updates? Is the freezing occurring have some common timing with the error message you are referring to? For one thing, if you are getting those messages in your log, then you still have those studies on your charts. You need to remove the studies. If Sierra Chart is completely locked up - you can not interact with it at all, then you will need to stop the program through the "Task Manager". If you do not know how to do this, then you will need to reboot your computer. Once you get Sierra Chart back up, the first thing you need to do is to remove those studies from all your charts. If you continue to get error messages in your log, then you still have charts that have those studies on them.
