TPO chart not painting

I'm currently trying to set up a TPO chart on my Sierra Chart application. The software appears to be properly connected to the data feed, but the chart itself is not displaying any data on the screen. Despite the connection, the TPO chart remains blank. Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this issue?

You are on the "Integrated Standard" package. As such, you do not have the ability to use the TPO study. You would need to change to one of the "Integrated Advanced" packages in order to have access to the TPO (along with other studies).
