Hi Team,
I just activated feed, and when I performed roll over, this msg showed up. 2 pictures attached.
Would you please help to troubleshoot?

I changed service to SC Data - ALL services and data started to download now.
Question: after the change of services, how does Sierra know that my trades should go to AMP now?
What is the identificatory which connects me a trader to the AMP?

It looks like I have delayed data?
I noticed time left up is 8.41 but in chart it shows 8.31

I have changed this to NO to stop 10 min delay data and switch to real time, but it did not help.
I am not sure why would I use delay data by default if I purchased real time data.
Maybe you can help me to understand. Thank you

OK I reviewed past msgs and I think I understand now.
I need to pay and activate CME exchange fee 12.5 then switch my services back to cqg webapi and it should work as real time.
Please if you can just confirm if this will work for the future to enable real time data.

Yes. You need to set Sierra Chart to use CQG:

For this month I have package 11.
Assuming I want to use delayed data for another month or two, is there any lower package which I can use to keep what I have in package 11 including depth of market?
Maybe package 10 or 5 would be enough for delayed data with depth of market?
Or if I ask differently, what is the benefit of package 11 over package 10 or 5 assuming I will use it only for delayed data with depth of market?
Would not 10 or 5 do the same job for the period of delayed SIM trading?

You just need service package 3 or 5 if you just require delayed data. Market depth is also supported.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.

Thanks, to keep TPO and Number Bars I would probably need Package 5 am I right?

Thank you. And which type of future brokers are working with Package 5 without need of Integrated Packages 10,11,12 please ?
I remember package 5 used to work with Infinity Brokers back in 2015-2017 and many other compliant brokers.
But now, it looks like Package 5 is just for DEMO, Delayed data and since does not support connectivity to the Denali Exchange Data Feed, it is just for these but no futures:

Sierra Chart Market Statistics Data Feed
Cryptocurrency / Bitcoin Data and Trading Services

If you want to connect to a trading service and/or get real-time data for futures, then you would need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the following for how to change your package:
