Hello, I have an Interactive Brokers account, primarily trading ES, NQ, NASDAQ stocks, and options. My Interactive Brokers account already has subscriptions for market data on ES, NQ, NASDAQ stocks, and options. Besides purchasing Service Package 10 on Sierra Chart, which additional market data subscriptions do I need, and what is the monthly price? |

If you are happy with the data you are getting from Interactive Brokers, then there is nothing else you need to get from us. But, if you would rather get your data from us, then you can do so through our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The only thing we do not have is Options for stocks. You would need to continue to get that data from Interactive Brokers. Refer to the following, noting the Setup Instructions on the page: Denali Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello In Sierra Chart's Data/Service Settings, when setting up a connection to IB TWS, it shows "Interactive Brokers (Not enabled on package)." Does this mean that the Sierra Chart trial account cannot connect to Interactive Brokers' real-time market data, and that purchasing a package is required to integrate IB's real-time market data into Sierra Chart? |

Trial accounts do not include the ability to connect to data and/or trading services. You would need to change to one of the "integrated" packages in order to be able to connect. Refer to the following for information on the packages: Description of Service Packages and Pricing Then follow the instructions at the following link to setup the package: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello, In Sierra Chart's available symbols list, I cannot find the US stock symbols COST and SOXS. Can these two stocks be traded in Sierra Chart? Or is it because I'm using a trial account, which is why I cannot see COST and SOXS in the historical charts? |

It is because you are on a trial. You have limited data you have access to on a trial. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Trial Account For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello, I can't see the symbols for COST and SOXS in the available symbols/NASDAQ Total View. Will the symbols for COST and SOXS appear in the available symbols/NASDAQ Total View after purchasing the sierra chart package? |

All symbols that are traded on the NASDAQ are available through our NASDAQ TotalView exchange option. All symbols that are traded on the exchanges that make up the "Consolidated Tape" are available through our "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange. Refer to the following: https://www.nyse.com/data/cta Any other stocks are not available (such as Over the Counter stocks). COST and SOXS are available when you are not on a trial. You will have access to the Delayed Streaming data with any package, and if you need real-time data then you would need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages and activate the particular exchange option you want. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
