Hi People, Wondering if this is possible. I want to use the Denali realtime and historical data feed via SC but I want to have my prop firm connected strictly for order routing. Is this possible? I've been having a ton of data feed issues with Rithmic and quite frankly don't want anything to do with it anymore. |

So I've signed up with Stage5 and deposited the minimum amount (I believe its $100) for the account to qualify for non-pro fees. I changed my service to Teton to connect to the broker to validate. I ensured all agreements are signed and my data fees are paid. I also ensured that Denali data feed support is enabled. However, I am still on delayed data for some reason. What did I miss?

Everything on your account looks good. The one thing we want to point out is that you have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Accounts" activated, so you will only get real-time data for instruments that are traded on the CME exchange (not the full CME Group, which includes the CME, CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX exchanges). If you are still having a problem with data for an instrument traded on the CME exchange, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. Thanks John, really appreciate the response. I was able to get it working. I'm not necessarily sure what caused the issue but I noticed that I was in SIM so I disabled that, disconnected, reconfigured my data service, and reconnected. And upon that reconnection everything worked perfectly. Who knows what exactly fixed it but it's fixed. Thanks again! |

Possibly the reconnection, but you should have been fine. If it occurs again, let us know.
