Using IB data feed with the Sierra Intraday Data Storage Time Unit setting at 1 second, why do my sierra charts display 15-second bars initially in real time, however if I review that same chart the next day, the shortest duration bars that can be displayed is 30-second bars? - Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)

If you want to have a 15-second or 30-second candle bars, the settings is under: Chart -> Chart Settings -> Bar Period To set the Data Storage Unit: Global Settings -> Data/Trade Service Settings -> Common Settings -> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit(List) Which has nothing to do with candle bars on the chart, except that time unit need to be equal or smaller than the time unit for candle bars apparently. |
