Good morning, I'm sending you in regard my VIX and NASDAQ data (for stocks), they don't move on the charts at all unless I reconnect again, a little while after reconnection i lose the data at the same time the other indices (NQ,ES,YM) working properly since the internet working fine without any issue, sometimes they work together simultaneously but most of the time not. Can you please guide me to fix this issue ? Thank you |

First thing you need to do is update Sierra Chart to the latest version. Instructions: Software Download: Fast Update And: Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".
