I set my both my Broker Data Feed and Sierra Data Feed to Teton as told by my broker.
Now I got this error --
Commendation error message from server:

Tetom CME Order Routing Connection Error:

No Trade Accounts Assigned

Date - Time ......

Urgent!! I have been unable to trade for a week!

Please help ASAP

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Pardon my Frustration but I have been able to trade for ONE week due to data feed issues.

My broker AMP says I am set for Denali data feed. Same for Sierra that just charged me $14.95/ month that I paid.

!Now AMPP says that I should log in to Sierra with my CQG credentials!!! i HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO THIS

URGENT PLEASE HELP NEED TO GET THIS FIXED TODAY MONDAY MORNING

CAN SUPPORT PLEASE SIGN INTO MY MACHINE AMD ENT THIS?

Your issues are with AMP, so you should take your frustrations out on them.

Are you setup with Teton or with CQG with AMP. You need to verify this with them. Once we know for sure which service you are setup to use with AMP, then we can point you to the proper instructions to make the connection.

Also, you are NOT paying $114.95 per month for Sierra Chart. You are paying $36.00 per month for the package and $14.50 for the data, so a total of $50.50 per month.

Check with AMP and find out if you are setup to use CQG or Teton for your order routing. You stated in a previous post that AMP told you to use CQG. So we are not sure which one you are setup with through AMP.

Let us know which one they have you setup to use. Once you tell us, then we can tell you how to proceed. But you need to start with AMP.

Problems

1. I st my broker data feed to Teton? What should it be?

2, There is NO CME order routing setting so I selected All data services?

3. U git good data Ho ray

4. U made two live trades

But thew were no received by AMP

Now what? Help please

1. We are not understanding this question. You are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, so you are fine for data.

2. You need to select "Teton CME Order Routing" for the "Current Selected Service" and then select the "Apply All" button, and then you will see a new selection in that window for "Clearing Firm". Select "AMP" for the Clearing Firm. Then select OK to close that window. If you are asked to update your symbols due to changes in the service, be sure to select "Yes".


Do the above, and then you will be fine.
