2 of the ETF's (xlc-NQTV, xlre-NQTV) are not listed in the symbol settings. There are quotes for them, but no settings for them.

There are not settings for specific symbols. Only symbol patterns. This is normal.

Can I just manually add them into the symbol settings, for they are the only 2 of the major ETF's that are not in there. That way to have name Descriptions to them when in Study Summary.

Yes, you can create Symbol Settings for those if you want. It would be best to copy an existing symbol setting and modify from there.
