Hi, I have been trying to log in today without success. I have the icon on the laptop when I open it up, double click, and the small white window appears, I fill in the details which I am very certain are correct, but then get an error message saying account name or password incorrect. I have changed the password 3 times already and am sticking to the last one to log in, but no luck. Please advise. Carole Burnes. UK. |

We sent you an email on this recently. But the fact that you are able to log into this support board and post tells us that you have the correct Account Name and Password.
