Attached stop order quantity not changed at scale out (Order modification failed)

I have "Support Scale In" and "Support Scale Out" activated. I have entered a trade with a market order with attached orders (1 stop order for all OCO groups, 2 target limit orders OCO group 1 and OCO group 2). After the first target was hit, I've got the message "Order modification failed" and the quantity for the stop order was still at 6, while my position size was only 3.
Did I do something wrong or was this an server side error? What can I do to prevent this?

This error is from the server. It is not something Sierra Chart has any control over.

We do not know how to prevent this.
