HelIo,
I have a delayed time of 10 minutes - a sign of unpaid data. Sierra shows paid 16.03.24 - 6 months - 16.09.24.

The Sierra Chart package is separate from the exchange fees. The Packages can be purchased for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, but the exchanges only renew every month. Additionally, the packages are actually a rolling 31 days, whereas the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so you pay each month on the first day of each month.

What are the exchanges for which you want the real-time data? Once we know this, we can point you to the proper instructions.

Thank you, I have already paid Teton. please let me know why having 8.75 usd in my account - visible when paying data -, I could not use it and pay 5.5usd. I had to externally pay a minimum of $10 and again there will be an excess, which I want to use in the next payment. How to use it? Thank you.

You had $14.20 in your account and you were able to activate the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" at a cost of $5.50 which dropped your Services Surplus balance to $8.70. You then added the $10.00.

We do not see any reason why you needed to add the $10.00.

The funds will stay in your account until they are needed to pay for future fees.
