Hello, I know Rithmic isn't going to be as good as Teton but for now I need to test myself at Take Profit Trader "prop". All aspects of Sierra chart are amazing. For better or worse, I am working with Take Profit Trader and must connect using Rithmic. I have tried: Entering the Rithmic trading username & pass by hand No entries for Market or Historical data I am paying for Denali and have Sierra Active Service: 11 - Integrated Advanced Have disconnected and reconnected the data feed several times Ensured my Rithmic user agreements have been signed I have a funded account at Ironbeam Contacted Take Profit, they say I am good to go Tried Translate Symbols to Current Service Connected to Sim and Live Tried restarting Sierra Upgraded Sierra to the latest I suspect it's an issue with Rithmic or Take Profit but I would like to rule out my Sierra account is setup properly. Could you kindly provide guidance? Well, I asked Take Profit and Rithmic what the issue was, no response but it's all the sudden working. Can't wait to get back to Denali/Teton...hopefully soon. |
