All your files are located on your local computer. So when you install Sierra Chart on a new computer, you will NOT have any of the files from the other computer. You would need to copy the files from the old computer to the new computer. The old computer went up in smoke and fire !!! So I will need a lot of your help Please 1. I used to have a stand stand alone DOM with Bid Ask prices, Current P*L and charts How do I get this back? Thnaks |

If you did not back up that information yourself, then it is gone. All of the data is located on the local computer. We do not store anything for you. If you still have the computer, then you can always try a disk recovery service to see if they are able to recover the files for you. it really burned up and disk drive DOA not recoverable 7 years of work gone please near with my manual recover one more thing I am now bling in one eye so reading documentation is a challenge Ugly me |

I have rebuilt all charts and studies. Whew! I need your help om 1. How to create a few space between the chart last bar and the right edge. 2. How to recreate the Standalone DOM so I can trade from it as before I want to display buy & sell chart, P&L, and studies. Please point me how to begin doing this Thanks |

1. Set the chart as you want then select "Chart >> Lock Fill Space". Refer to the following: Chart Menu: Lock Fill Space (Chart menu) 2. Select "File >> Open Trading DOM for Chart" (or "File >> Open Trading DOM" if you do not have a chart already open for the symbol). Then modify the DOM as you want. YMU24E and NQU24E are not valid symbols. You need to enter the symbols as they are for the service you are connected to. This will be the same symbol as you use for a chart.
