I subscribe to the Sierra Chart real time data feed. My charts were working just fine. Most important to me is being able to see premarket data on a day chart such as SPY. I noticed that I was getting delayed data so I went to Global Settings -> Data/Trade Service Settings -> Common Settings and changed Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to Yes. Now I am not getting any new data for today on day charts. I have deleted and downloaded all data. I have restarted Sierra Chart. I am getting today’s data on intraday charts. For me this is urgent. Can you please provide directions to fix this issue?

What is the symbol of the daily chart for which you are having a problem?

Please get us an image of one chart for which you are having this problem by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) Then please get us your Message Log for that same symbol by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is.
