Futures chart not moving

Good evening, I can't seem to get the futures chart to move along. I thought I had the e-mini enabled, but I've just added the CME (non-market depth) data plan. Does it take a while to activate? I can see the chart for GOOG steadily moving along, but when I load a futures contract for, say, ESZ24-CME, it's stuck at 5407.00, time 20:45 (approx). I have uploaded the logs of me trying to fiddle around with it. Thank you and best regards, Dan |

The data starts immediately once you have everything properly setup. In your case, everything looks good and there is nothing in your log that shows any issue. The one thing we want to point out is that the Z contract is not the current front contract, so it is not traded much at this time, so you would have periods of no trading. Open a chart for ESU24-CME instead in order to see if you are having a problem or not.
