When I try to switch my mouse curser on Sierra Chart from the regular “pointer” to “crosshair,” the display on the X-axis and Y-axis on the chart gets whited out. When I go to tools> crosshair to try to change my mouse curser to the crosshair, the "+" sign appears as my mouse curser but the numbers on the vertical and horizontal axis on the chart does not show- it is whited out). How do I fix this issue please?

There are settings to control the color the of the Price and Time boxes background and text. These are currently set to the same color (white). You need to change one of them. Refer to the following and the item below it: Graphics Settings: Chart Values: Color of the Price and Time Boxes For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I tried going to "global settings>> Graphic settings- Global>> colors and widths tab" and changed the colors of the "chart values scale text color" and "chart time scale text color" to a green color and I also changed color of "chart values: color of the price and time boxes" and "chart values: crosshair" to a black color. After I clicked on "apply" and "ok" at the bottom of the window, nothing changed. The crosshair mouse curser is still whiting out the numbers on the side of the chart as originally described.

If nothing changed, then this means that you are not changing the colors in the correct location. There are both Global Graphics and Chart Specific graphics settings. Which one is used depends on the setting in the Chart Specific graphics settings for "Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings". Refer to the following: Graphics Settings: Use Global Graphics Settings Instead of These Settings For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
