Hello, I have received the following message from your side.

{Starting at the date 2024-08-07, you will begin to receive delayed data for the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges for the following reason:

The reason you are not getting real-time data, and historical data in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.}

My live feed ends in another 104 days.
Can you please explain the reason for this message?

To start with, the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis and are separate from your Usage Time. So you do have 105 days of Usage Time remaining, but this has nothing to do with the data. Your next exchange fee will be due on September 1, 2024.

But, that is not directly related to the message you received. That message is telling you that you need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to continue to be considered a "Non-Professional" for the CME Group.

We see that you recently made this connection, as your "Verified Until" date is now showing as "2024-09-06". Therefore, you can ignore that message at this time.
