I am trying to 1. separate upswings from downswings on the ZigZag, so they are in separate regions. 2. Then apply a profile on them to identify rotations within 1 stdv & 2 stdv. so i can see average rotation size over x amount of time. Is this possible? This thread & comment here is the idea I am aiming for: Incorrect placement of the Line study in region #2. Setting up ZigZag-based Rotational chart | Post: 386380 |

Start with adding the Spreadsheet Study to a chart with the Zig Zag. The Spreadsheet study will give you the information from the Zig Zag so you can then manipulate that data to get what you want. The documentation for the Spreadsheet Studies starts here: Using the Spreadsheet Study Also note the option on the Zig Zag study for "Additional Output for Spreadsheets" in case what you are looking for is contained within that information. Refer to the following: Zig Zag: Additional Output for Spreadsheets For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
