Hello, I am suddenly having an issue where the individual chart update interval value (chart settings > display) is not seeming to over-ride the global settings > general > update intervals value. For example, the global value is 500ms (and has been for as long as I can remember) and usually have a few individual charts set to 80-125ms and others set at 2500ms, but these settings don't seem to be working anymore and all charts are updating at 500ms, regardless of what value is in the chart settings > display. I've restarted several times, but to no avail - I use this feature all the time to minimize CPU usage of certain charts in my chartbook, so would love to get this functionality restored - is there somewhere else I need to be looking? Thanks - |

We are not seeing any issue with the "Chart Update Interval" working properly. Please update to the latest Pre-Release, just to make sure that there is not something with the specific release you are on. We tested on the Pre-Release and it is working properly. Follow these instructions to update: Software Download: Fast Update Then set a chart to a very large "Chart Update Interval" - like 10000. This way, the chart will only update every 10 seconds. See if this is actually the case, or if the chart is updating faster than every 10 seconds.
