Yes, use opengl is checked.

Saw a v2664 is available. This issue is not fixed and now even opening a new chartbook and new chart (with no studies of course) does not load. It just hangs and the "calculating charts" message is very small and in the upper left corner.

Happy to provide more info if needed so you can see this happening...let me know.

This issue was only resolved today but not yet released. There are issues with OpenGL support in the latest pre-releases. We have become aware of that.

We will have a new release out late this evening or in the morning.

Hi Sierra Chart Engineering, just wanted to follow up and report that v2665 fixes the issues I was seeing with chart loading and the log messages.
