AMP with Teton got setup, can't place any trades, no error message

Hello, A few days ago I got setup with AMP and Teton Order Routing. After everything was set, I wasn't able to place any trades, even though the correct account number was showing and everything seemed fine. I got in touch with their support and after a lot of back and forth, they ensured me that everything is set up correctly on their end with my account and it should work. When I try to place a trade, nothing happens and nothing shows up. No order entry and no messages in the activity log about anything. I also couldn't find anything useful in the threads, so here we are. Can you guys please look into this? If you need anything, just let me know. Thank you in advance. |

No. No rejection message is shown in the Trade Service Log. It is enabled and shows different messages, but nothing in regards to me trying to place the trade.

When you submit an order it must going to Trade >> Trade Orders Window. Do you see it listed there? It must be there. What is the status of the order? No. There is nothing listed there. I have some screenshots or can provide a screencapture video, if need be. Nothing happens when I try to place a trade, no matter if market or limit order, no matter if through chart trader, hotkeys, trade bar or DOM. No messages, no rejections, nothing. |

We want you to enable order confirmations: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Menu >> Order Confirmations (chart specific) Make sure you are actually submitting an order and getting a confirmation and actually sending it. I've tried to enable order confirmations in the settings, as they really are disable / not checked. When I click on them, nothing happens. The check doesn't appear, no matter how often I try or in which tab menu I am (Main or C).
