chart replay not working

I have been away from sierra chart for some time, and I can't seem to make the chart replay popout come on. I click on the button to make chart replay move foreward the chart goes to July 17th. But when I try to make the chart replay popout come on, it doesn't work. So it seems that there is something wrong with the chart replay. It works, but the popout is not coming out. Please help me control the chart replay with the popout.

chart replay is working. I had to go on chart >> reset chart replay
