Earlier today i tried to access the web based trading account data while i was away from my platform. i am not seeing any information in that section including account balances and order fill history not sure why or if i am doing something wrong. tried to read through the documentation |

There is no charting through that portal. It is intended to be able to open/close/change positions.

So only the order entry section of the panel functions ? Are you able to see historical order fills on that ? Thank you |

No historical order fills, just active trading at that moment. Again, it is meant for emergency opening/closing/changing of positions.
